ABOUT THE POSITON.
As a Structural Engineer, you will join the Newcastle team and report to the Senior Structural Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and analysing steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures across a range of residential, commercial, and specialised projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. DUTIES.
- Prepare accurate, well-structured documentation and reports
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to support project success
- Work with the Senior Structural Engineer and wider team to deliver projects on time and to high standards
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven structural engineering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing high-end residential projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
