Based in Western Sydney, this well-established firm delivers innovative design and engineering solutions in delivering projects in high-rise residential, commercial, education, retail, and other specialised projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic Structural Estimator to join the estimating team to hit the ground running!
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of end-to-end estimating responsibilities, managing tenders from initial pricing through to final submission. You’ll play a key role in the successful tendering of complex, multi-storey projects, contributing directly to the company’s ability to secure new work. With strong support and guidance, you will help drive the company’s continued growth. This role also offers excellent long-term career development within a supportive and growing team.
  
DUTIES.
  • Prepare tenders, take-offs, and accurate cost estimates
  • Review supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive proposals
  • Liaise and collaborate with Tier 1 clients, suppliers, and project managers to develop project budgets
  • Monitor, track, and document project costs
  • Ensure compliance with high-standard tender processes and assist in bid presentations
   
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in concrete (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Existing relationships with Tier 1 companies highly regarded, but not essential
