ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role suits a Supervisor experienced in traffic signal installations, upgrades or maintenance. The work is predominantly night shift, where sites are clearer and work flows more smoothly. You’ll be coordinating crews and subcontractors, keeping works progressing, and maintaining strong communication with clients and the project team.
DUTIES.
• Supervise traffic signal installation and upgrade works
• Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, utilities and traffic control
• Work predominantly night shift to minimise traffic disruption
• Interpret Transport/RMS plans and drawings
• Communicate with clients, engineers and stakeholders
• Complete daily diaries and progress updates
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
• Experience supervising traffic signal works
• Ability to read Transport/RMS plans and specifications
• Confident coordinating crews and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Steady and clear approach to keeping work moving
