ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client based on the Lower North Shore, Sydney is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role will overlook the project of recruiting for a newly established leisure centre. Due to the nature of this position, you will be expected to bring in demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Up to 5 months, full-time contract. In Council, you will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish. From the attraction of staff, recruitment and selection, administration, relationship management, to job evaluation - your input to Council will significantly contribute to their growing teams.
DUTIES .
- End-to-end recruitment activities including considerable administrative tasks
- Ensure TA practices are in alignment with legislation & Council policies
- Attending interviews as a panel member
- Shortlisting, interviewing and selection of Candidates
- Consulting line managers on recruitment strategies
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Demonstrated experience working in an internal recruitment role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High-volume recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Great relationship builder
- Immaculate attention to detail and written skills
REMUNERATION.
$55 - $62 p/h + Superannuation
(Depending on experience and suitability to required experience)
