Reporting to a Manager who is highly respected in their specialist industry, you will take full ownership of your own recruitment desk. Working as part of a supportive team, you will execute a 360-degree recruitment approach, with all the resources you need to succeed. You will:
- Drive business development and grow a client base
- Manage candidate and client portfolios
- Attend candidate and client meetings
- Post job ads and interview and shortlist candidates
- Negotiate and finalise placements
- A genuine opportunity to grow and develop into a future leader of our team
- Mentorship and training programs, tailored to each stage of your development
- Uncapped commission structure: the harder you work, the more you earn
