This opportunity is to join a well respected and expanding, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy located in Western Sydney. As a Senior Electrical Engineer - Team Leader, you will have complete autonomy to manage your own team and projects. You will be responsible for the overall performance of your team and will represent the firm at client meetings when required. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to hire new Engineers and to expand your team.

  • Lead and develop the Electrical services team
  • Manage and participate in electrical and coordinated MEP design delivery
  • Mentor and monitor the development of Junior & Senior Engineers
  • Ensure designs remain to a consistently high quality
  • Involvement in business development 
  • Over 8 years of experience in Building Services consulting
  • Senior Engineers who are confident and have the potential to step up into a management position are encouraged to apply
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
  • Management skills are desirable 
  • Sound technical skills in engineering 
  • Ability to lead a team and lead the delivery of projects 
  • A high level of honesty, integrity and commitment
  • Ability to nurture and maintain client relationships
