ABOUT THE POSITION.
Working alongside a close knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care to the residents of the Aged Care Facility. Your work within these facilities will improve residents well being of life by communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioner, allied health staff and families.
- Assisting Registered Nurses and other Allied Health Staff with care
- Aiding with development and implementation of clinical plans
- Providing personal care to residents
- Helping residents with day to day living activities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Strong communication skills
- 6 month paid experience working as an AIN
