ABOUT THE COMPANY.
 
My client is a family owned Civil Contractor based out in Western Sydney. They have grown rapidly over the last years and has become a preferred Contractor for many high profile Developers. In line with their growth plans, they have created this new Project Manager position in the business. the successful candidate will be overlooking multiple projects with the assistance of multiple Site Engineers.


ABOUT THE POSITION.
 
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for the on-time delivery of this project. Working closely with senior management will ensure that progression and development are closely tracked which eventually leads to a steady career growth. You will have a team of Engineers and Supervisor reporting directly to you.

DUTIES.

  • Programming and scheduling of works
  • Client and subcontractor management
  • Quality assurance
  • OHSE
  • Project costing and budgets


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
 
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Prior project management experience
  • Experience with earthworks or subdivision projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
