ABOUT THE POSITION. 

The dynamic environment of the company, allows you to work alongside a highly skilled and unique Allied Health team who aim to provide the best care to their residents. You will be required to assist in the health, well being, treatment, and, care of the elderly by conducting a variety of daily duties and implementing care plans. 

DUTIES. 

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments
• Assisting with development and implementation of clinical plans 
• Care planning, wound care and medication management 
• Liaising with other Allied Health practitioner to assist with care

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 

• AHPRA Registration
• NMBA Registration
• National Police Check
• Strong communication skills
