ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will execute the full 360 degree cycle of recruitment. You will gain valuable knowledge of the industry as you work alongside a highly reputable Division Manager and a number of experienced Consultants, whilst also being exposed to valuable skills in a theoretical and practical manner.
DUTIES.
- Manage Candidate and Client Portfolios
- Interview Candidates
- Arrange Client Meetings
- Business Development
- Resource and shortlist for positions
- Write and post regular job ads
- Negotiation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience in a sales based position is essential
- Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous, whether in a resourcing or 360 degree capacity
- Enthusiastic individual who thrives in a sales driven environment
- Highly values team work, self-improvement, and development
- Confident individual, with strong communication skills
