ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This multidisciplinary and international Engineering Consultancy has secured a steady pipeline of projects in the new year. My client has an excellent reputation in the Australian urban development & building market. Join this expanding team and solidify your presence within the water space.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Play a significant role within the water division working on multiple significant water projects. Reporting to the Group Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development of flood modelling studies along with engineering in the WSUD, hydrology, sewer and drainage space.
 
With a particular background in the water engineering sector - specifically in the land development sector- the successful applicant will work within a cohesive team across immediate developments. In addition, they will need to apply their project management experience to coordinate water projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • Work alongside management to support project performance 
  • Report writing in accordance with industry standards
  • Liaise with local councils, project managers, engineers and drafters
  • Co-ordinate the design of roads, storm water drainage, and subdivision projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Civil, Water or Environmental Engineering tertiary qualifications
  • Accreditation or willing to attain will be highly regarded
  • Excellent working knowledge of water systems in land development 
  • The ability to communicate and liaise with relevant stakeholders in relation to business issues
  • Familiar with Australian codes and standards 
  • Project management skills will be advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
