ABOUT THE COMPANY.
 
This well-established engineering consultancy is looking to engage the expertise of a Civil Designer to join their skilled team in their Melbourne office.  Having multiple awards listed on their project portfolio, the role will focus on the design of upcoming roads and highway upgrades, residential subdivisions, stormwater drainage and bulk earth works projects across Victoria.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
 
This opportunity is best suited for those with existing 12D experience who are ready and capable to manage and deliver projects autonomously. As a Civil Designer, your portfolio will range from stormwater drainage, road design, flood modelling and subdivision projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Generate designs using AutoCAD and 12D
• Ensure all project designs meet the highest standards
• Collaborate with engineers and drafters internally for successful project delivery
• Designing roads and highway upgrades, stormwater drainage, bulk earth works and sub-division projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualifications would be desirable 
• Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client liaising
• Ability to confidently use 12D software is essential
