ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be employed to oversee the general operations of the NSW office. You will be required to manage and control all business activities in Sydney. You will be required to ensure quality, profitability and growth objectives are met. You will implement excellent training and development techniques to ensure employees are retained. You will collaborate with the Directors to ensure business goals are achieved.

DUTIES.
- Prepare business plans
- Financial and budget reporting
- QA and WHS systems
- Marketing and recruitment
- Programming and forecasting
- Client management
- Training and development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Prior General Management experience with a Construction company
- Strong experience in the fitout/refurbishment space
- Excellent contractor networks and client relationships
- Tertiary qualification in a building related discipline
- Excellent negotiation skills and bottom line focus
- Optimistic and proactive individual
