ABOUT THE COMPANY. 
 
This opportunity is to join an employee-owned, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy located in Sydney. ABOUT THE POSITION. 

This position is suited to a person who is passionate about the built environment and able to communicate effectively to project stakeholders. In this position, you'll become part of an experienced ESD team and will have professional support from an enthusiastic Associate Director to ensure you succeed in this position. 
 
DUTIES. 
  • Provide strategic and technical support and direction to projects
  • Manage existing clients and develop new clients
  • Manage and support staff
  • Run project meetings
  • Facilitate conversations between multiple stakeholders to devise cost-effective and tailored sustainability strategies
  • Produce or oversee the production of high quality and visually compelling deliverables
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • 4+ years of sustainability consulting experience
  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in a technical built environment, sustainability or building design-related discipline
  • Experience in managing Section J, BASIX and NatHERS compliance analysis/processes
  • Computational design expertise in IESVE or equivalent 
  • Client focussed with an ability to establish strong client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of a wide array of sustainability-related rating systems, codes and programs
  • Green Star Accredited Professional 
  • Track record in NABERS performance evaluation and delivery; NABERS Accredited Assessor an advantage
