ABOUT THE POSITION.

An exciting opportunity for you to be part a team which provides high level of care, support and community participation to our clients. You will be supporting people in their homes and in shared living environment with daily living activities you will partake in everyday presenting new challenges and opportunities.

 

DUTIES.

  • Deliver personalised support in a group and one-on-one setting within their homes
  • Engage participants with job opportunities or volunteering
  • Assist participants to access the community including shopping and social outings
  • Transport and support participants to appointments and meetings 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • A minimum Cert III in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health or relevant
  • A strong passion for supporting people to live a good life at home, work and in their communities
  • The ability to see the potential in people, show initiative, enjoys working independently and in a team environment
  • Current WWCC, NPC, First Aid Certificates
