ABOUT THE COMPANY.
With over 20 years of track record history in delivering some of Canberra's best known projects and buildings in the ACT, this company has recently secured a few projects and require a Site Manager to join it's team to deliver one of the new projects. The project is a $20M commercial new build project, and as such you will start on this project and upon completion transition over to deliver continued projects in the $5M to $30M range. Some projects this company delivers include offices, schools, art centres, retirement villages, and more. ABOUT THE ROLE.
The position will report to the General Manager of the company, and work alongside a Project Manager. You will also have a Foreman on your project and a Contracts Admnistrator.
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction programme scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven Site Management experience
- Project experience on commercial new build projects valued above $5M.
