Most of their projects are valued in the $50M-$150M range in Canberra, and more in other parts of Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Your position will report directly to the General Manager and will see you overseeing all head contracts and ensuring that they are all stringently managed. You will be responsible for all end to end assessments of head contracts, picking out any flags whilst overseeing a team of other junior to intermediate CA's. You will also manage all sub contracts and be able to deliver without legal counsel, ensuring all liabilities are picked out. You will be either at a Senior CA level, ready to make the jump to Contracts Manager in the near future, or be at a Contracts Manager level now. The intention is to progress to Commercial Manager in the future in this expanding business.
- End to End contracts Management
- Lead a team of CA's
- Head and subcontractor contracts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Building Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant CA experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on projects valued above $50M
