ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company has built many award winning projects, and have recently required the need for a well experienced Estimator to assist with estimating and securing projects in the ACT region and it's surrounds. Most of their projects are valued in the $10M-$50M range in Canberra, across a broad range of commercial disciplines, including schools, student accommodation, community, retail, offices, industrial, and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Your position will report directly to the State Manager and will see you liaising with a tight-knit and supportive Team. You will be responsible for all end to end Estimating and Cost Planning on the project, and will be assisting the company with successful tendering and securing of projects. This position will see you manage and liaise with all stakeholders, and will leverage on your existing contacts and relationships with local subcontractors etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Building Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 Years of relevant Estimating experience
- Demonstrated ability to win projects above $10M
