ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Your position will report directly to the Chief Estimator of the company. You will be responsible for working on tender submissions and on upcoming projects, and will be receiving the guidance and support that you need to successfully secure projects for the company. This position will see you manage and liaise with all stakeholders, and will leverage on your existing contacts and relationships with local subcontractors etc.

  • Estimating projects
  • Tendering
  • Cost Planning
  • Scope of works preparations
  • Measurement
  • Pre tender planning
  • BOQ's

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

  • Building Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 Years of relevant Estimating experience
  • Demonstrated ability to win projects above $2-3M
