ABOUT THE POSITION. 

 

As an Aged Care Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist  you will be making a difference to the daily lives of the aging population by providing massage therapy and falls prevention programs withing a Residential Aged Care Facility based in Perth.
In this position you will manage an client centred service, aiming to reduce pain, increase mobility and assist each client with regaining independence in performing day to day activities.

 

DUTIES.

  • Conduct evidence based functional assessments
  • Lead rehabilitation and falls prevention programs.
  • Provide pain management treatment
  • Develop detailed treatment plans


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
