ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be providing clinical support to several teams of Mental Health Clinicans across NSW. You will ensure the Clinicans provide high quality services to their caseloads and relevant stakeholders, and collaborate with other disiplinaries to ensure best practice organisation-wide. 


DUTIES.
  • Support Clinicans and Support Staff by offering supervision and guidance
  • Advise Clinicans on high-risk clients and their corresponding stakeholders
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of services across sites
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans for the team
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work
  • Registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • 5+ years experience as a Clinician and an in-depth understanding of the Mental Health space
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
