ABOUT THE POSITION.

This position will see you working closely with the ESD team to deliver on a range of Building projects! You will have consultancy experience and manage communication with Clients meaning your role will work closely with clients and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficiency targets are being met. The company is looking for ESD Consultants with a HVAC Engineering background and the appropriate accreditations. 

DUTIES.

• Consulting Clients and stakeholders 
• Provide an energy efficient solution relevant to Section J, NatHERS, NABERS, Greenstar, WELL and More!
• Support the growth of the division through strengthening business relationships
• Auditing and reviewing Energy Efficiency Reports 
• Thermal Energy modelling 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Previous experience within an ESD consultancy role 
• Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability or a relevant Engineering Qualification
• Proficient use of CAMEL, as well as keen interest to learn DesignBuilder
• Ideally one of more of the following: Green Star Accredited, WELL Accredited, NABERS Assessor, applicable NaTHERS Accreditation or BASIX Accreditation
• Previous experience within the Building Services sector
• Strong communication and Presentation skills
