ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to a Sydney Director, you will be responsible for managing an existing team and for driving the growth of the division. As the company has ambitious growth plans, we are looking for someone who has the desire and motivation to expand the division throughout Sydney and to progress upwards within the business.

DUTIES.
- Lead the Mechanical services division
- Manage clients, stakeholders and employees
- Nurture business relationships and conduct business development
- Provide technical support to the division and mentor Engineers
- Network with clients, Architects and relevant stakeholders to drive sales and business growth
- Attend design meetings and inspections
- Previous experience as an Associate or Principal Engineer in the Australian Building Services consulting industry
- Extensive technical knowledge in HVAC design (you will be the go-to person for anything technical)
- An existing client base and network of relationships is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully delivering a range of projects
- Business development experience
- Client management and relationship building skills
