ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position requires a Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager experienced in Residential Aged Care for the operation of a 145 bed facility on the New South Wales Central Coast. You will be joining a supportive team within a fully accredited facility that is well established in the local community.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position requires a Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager experienced in Residential Aged Care for the operation of a 145 bed facility on the New South Wales Central Coast. You will be joining a supportive team within a fully accredited facility that is well established in the local community.
DUTIES.
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the facility in partnership with the supportive management team
- Support and lead the facilities clinical team including staff allocation, performance management mentoring and education
- Manage person-centred care planning for residents.
- Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal resident care
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Previous Aged Care experience essential with management experience highly desirable
- Prior ACFI knowledge
