ABOUT THE POSITION.

A newly renovated General Practice in North Sydney are looking for an experienced, Registered Practice Nurse to join their growing team. You will be supporting 10 General Practitioners in the delivery of patient care and will report directly to the Practice Manager and National Nurse Coordinator
 

DUTIES.

• Assist GPs in delivering medical service
• Care plans and chronic disease management
• Wound care
• Immunisations
• Detailed documentation
• Maintain a recall and reminder system

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Nursing degree & 2+ years relevant General Practice experience
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience with care plans and assessments
• Current immunisation experience with an immunisation certificate highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• National Police Check & Working with Children's Check
