ABOUT THE COMPANY.
 
This company is a highly respected Civil Contractor that has been in operation in the NSW Civil industry for over the last 25 years specialising in subdivision and large scale earthwork projects. Boasting a strong project portfolio, their client base consists of both government and private developers completing projects over $15m in value located through Central Coast/Newcastle. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.
 
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for the on-time delivery of multiple projects in Central Coast and Newcastle. Working closely with senior management will ensure that progression and development are closely tracked which eventually leads to a steady career growth. You will have a team of Engineers and Supervisors reporting directly to you.

DUTIES.
  • Programming and scheduling of works
  • Client and subcontractor management
  • Quality assurance
  • OHSE
  • Project costing and budgets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
 
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following:
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Prior project management experience
  • Experience with RMS roadworks or subdivision projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
