This fantastic opportunity is to join a true client-focused, Building Services engineering consultancy located in Sydney. They are well known for delivering projects covering various industries and are involved in working on D+C projects also. The Directors are experienced professionals and have maintained strong business relationships over the past 10 years leading to a strong project pipeline for 2020.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is suited to a person who has a strong desire to manage an entire office and is looking for accelerated career progression. It is preferred that you have previous people management skills however those with a keen interest to develop these skills will also be considered and can be mentored by a Director.
DUTIES.
- Manage the Mechanical services division
- Lead projects, manage a team and drive the success of the division
- Provide technical support to Engineers
- Promote the business and nurture client relationships
- Mentor a dynamic team of Engineers
- Manage clients, stakeholders and attend relevant meetings
- 10+ years of experience in Building Services consulting
- Business development skills/relationships with Architects and stakeholders in NSW
- The ability to bring projects/clients into the business will be considered favourably
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Good track record of successfully delivering Building Services projects
- Enthusiastic, personable, hardworking and honest
