ABOUT THE POSITION.
A permanent opportunity for an Accounts & Payroll Administration Assistant. You will be involved in the payroll, AR and AP functions of the organisation, contributing to a high-achieving team.
DUTIES.
* Timesheet reconciliations
* Answer payroll enquiries
* Weekly invoicing
* Preparing P/O's & bill reconciliations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Qualifications in Accounting or relevant
* Experience invoicing for a construction company
* Sound knowledge of payroll processes
* Accountable and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
CULTURE.
