Immediate start, 3-month full-time contract. Working as part of the administration and operations team that support over 60 Architects and Interior Designers.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, 3-month full-time contract. Working as part of the administration and operations team that support over 60 Architects and Interior Designers.
DUTIES.
- General reception duties including answering phone calls and managing enquiries inbox
- Process timesheets and take meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Provide general administrative support
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position
- Experience using InDesign beneficial
- High level of autonomy and sound problem solving skills
