ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Expanding studio innovating in aged care, retirement living, social housing, childcare and community projects. This firm have grown significantly over the last few years with numerous award winning projects they seek to benefit our community. They have been the premier provider of design excellence for over 30 years. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will be exposed to all stages of the architectural process from concept to delivery in large scale Aged Care projects, making a genuine impact to people's lives. Liaising with clients and consultants, developing your communication skills and potentially building your own team are just some of the duties you will have. 

DUTIES.

  • Overviewing DA's and CC documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
  • Liaise directly with clients to have a detailed brief of their requirements
  • Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
  • Manage a variety of life-changing innovative projects 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • Proven high proficiency with ArchiCAD software
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate clients and consultants
  • A passion for design and drive for excellence
  • 4+ years’ experience on mid to large scale projects
  • Desire to impact people life's with meaningful community projects
