My client is an easy-going boutique studio, located in Redfern 2016, that produces projects within the residential space as well as mixed-use and commercial. They love working collaboratively as they are a small team of 10, which helps them communicate clearly to ensure projects are delivered on time. Coordinate the development of construction work packages and ensure Australian Standards are met. Be hands-on on large-scale projects, strengthening your portfolio and delivery knowledge. Take advantage of their flexibility, annual reviews, and growth vision.

- Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
- Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with structural, civil, and landscape consultants
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Revit competency with practical studio experience
- +4 years’ experience on multi-residential projects
- Healthy perfectionism and attention to detail
