This position is working under a Project Architect on construction documentation, providing assistance for a number of new projects the company has brought in. Due to the small size of the team, you will be exposed to all phases of projects and have the opportunity to lead in certain areas.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is working under a Project Architect on construction documentation, providing assistance for a number of new projects the company has brought in. Due to the small size of the team, you will be exposed to all phases of projects and have the opportunity to lead in certain areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Collaborate to design healthcare facilities that prioritize functionality and patient experience
- Work on all stages of the projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site analysis and assessments
- Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Proven experience in healthcare is preferred
- Industry experience in construction documentation and detailing
- Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and relationship management
