Due to expanding opportunities, they are seeking an Associate Director to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and prepare for a future role as Managing Director.

Due to expanding opportunities, they are seeking an Associate Director to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and prepare for a future role as Managing Director.

DUTIES.
- Manage the Sydney CBD branch alongside the Director
- Manage clients throughout all stages of the project
- Be responsible for the client portfolio
- Be responsible for all PQS work in the firm
- Mentor junior staff
- Minimum 10yrs of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record in project management and client relations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- AIQS accreditation (mandatory)
