ABOUT THE COMPANY.
  
This nationally recognized Quantity Surveying firm is renowned across Australia for delivering professional and high-quality services. Their stellar reputation has secured them some of the most challenging projects in the Education, Defence, Aged Care, Commercial, and Residential sectors. Due to expanding opportunities, they are seeking an Associate Director to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and prepare for a future role as Managing Director.
The firm is celebrated for its diversity and its positive, collaborative team environment. The Directors are known for their transparency and clear communication, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  
DUTIES.
  • Manage the Sydney CBD branch alongside the Director
  • Manage clients throughout all stages of the project
  • Be responsible for the client portfolio
  • Be responsible for all PQS work in the firm
  • Mentor junior staff
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 10yrs of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record in project management and client relations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • AIQS accreditation (mandatory)
