As an Associate, you will work closely with the Director to design, manage, and document projects from concept to completion. This is an opportunity to lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery within budget while coordinating with clients and consultants and overseeing construction administration.
DUTIES.
My client is a boutique architecture practice with a close-knit team of around 12 people. Led by an approachable Director who built the business from the ground up over the past 13 years, the firm enjoys strong relationships with repeat clients, ensuring stability and long-term growth. The Director’s vision is forward-looking, with exciting plans to expand into the wellness sector. You’ll join a supportive, creative environment that nurtures professional growth and allows you to collaborate on projects that truly resonate with clients.

- Collaborate with the Director on design and documentation
- Lead project management, from budgeting to quality control
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants
- Oversee on-site construction administration
- Mentor junior architects
- ArchiCAD proficiency
- 8+ years of experience in architecture, particularly with NSW standards
- Proven experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Strong project management and construction knowledge
- Registration as an Architect in NSW is an advantage
