Join a well-established, Australian owned design & construction company based in Sydney CBD. Specialising in high-end fit out and refurbishments, this business has an exceptional reputation and are well known and respected in the industry. They have a stellar reputation, operating across Australia and delivering projects across multiple sectors. This firm specialises in the delivery of high-end fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects in the government, education, commercial, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors.
Having an already well-established relationship with several high-profile clients, this company is seeking to employ a driven Bid Coordinator to join their Sydney division. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Bid Coordinator, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and Operations Manager. You will work collaboratively with the team to produce business compliant submissions, proposals, tenders and EOI’s. You will work on ensuring that tender processes are run in a timely fashion, are well-presented and informative, and are pursuant to the appeal of clients and their needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary Qualification in a building or marketing related discipline is preferable.
  • Proven record as a Bid Coordinator role or similar is preferable.
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
  • Showcase excellent communication and organisation skills.
