- Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
- Lead and motivate your team, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination between teams and contractors.
- Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.
- Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, with a strong focus on subdivisions and roadworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and resolve on-site issues.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to excellence.
