ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. Your experience in subdivisions and roadworks will be key as you lead your crew to success, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient use of resources.
DUTIES.
Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
Lead and motivate your team, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination between teams and contractors.
Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, with a strong focus on subdivisions and roadworks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and resolve on-site issues.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to excellence.
