ABOUT THE POSITION. 

As the Client Relationship Manager you will take the lead on managing Client relationships right from the first interaction and you will facilitate a successful deal with the support of the design and construction teams. You will facilitate the initial brief, prepare quotes on designs and ensure Client satisfaction right through to project delivery.

DUTIES. 
  • Manage overall Client relationships
  • Prepare quotes based on approved designs
  • Prepare tender and variations 
  • Provide support to sales and design team
  • Liaise with client to ensure project requirements are met
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Previous experience in a Client management role
  • Exposure to the commercial fit-out space
  • Previous knowledge and understanding of quotes of services
  • A genuine passion and personality for relationships and sales
