Join a reputable Client-Side Project Management consultancy that specialises in projects across all sectors of the industry ranging from medium to high density residential, aged care, industrial, commercial, retail and sporting clubs.


As a Client-Side Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish. You will be coordinating projects from the project planning and design stage right through to the project closing and handover stage. Projects that you’ll be working on include a variety of high density residential, aged care, industrial, commercial, retail and sporting clubs. You will be reporting to the Sydney Directors and Senior team and will involve an active and crucial link to ensure projects are delivered in the most cost effective and successful manner.


  • Manage project design procurement
  • Manage subcontractors 
  • Manage client
  • Conduct documentation reviews and commentary
  • Construction methodology advice / reviews
  • Project administration
  • Contract management
  • Manage cost control


  • Bachelor of Building, Engineering or Architectural Degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a project management role and a knowledge of the principles of Client side project management
  • Previous experience in residential and commercial projects
  • Knowledge of building industry contracts and sound construction administration practices
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Office software (word, excel etc.) and Microsoft Project
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle
