ABOUT THE POSITION.
They are seeking a skilled Concrete Leading Hand to join their dynamic team. The Concrete Leading Hand will oversee concrete-related tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
DUTIES.
- Supervise concrete activities on construction sites, including pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in training team members in concrete techniques.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
