ABOUT THE POSITION.

The Concrete Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing their concrete construction operations. This position involves supervising skilled labour, managing construction schedules, and ensuring all work meets or exceeds standards.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place for all concrete mixes and finished products.
  • Coordinate with other construction supervisors to integrate concrete construction with other project activities.
  • Manage logistics for concrete material delivery and equipment needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on new techniques and safety procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Extensive experience in concrete construction, supervision, and finishing.
  • Knowledge of modern concrete technologies and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Landscaping experience is a valuable asset.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or civil engineering are preferred.
