ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's soul focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career progression. 

DUTIES.
  • Progress claims, variations, RFI’s
  • Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and negotiate subcontract terms
  • Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Building related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essential
  • Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industry
