ABOUT THE COMPANY
This reputable construction company is well-known and respected in the construction industry for delivering high-end commercial projects across Sydney NSW. They specialise in fitout and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors valued from $5M - $20M. This firm has been extremely busy recently securing projects. As such, they are seeking to employ an ambitious Contracts Administrator to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish.  

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Manager you will collaborate closely with the site, design, and project teams to manage projects from inception to completion across NSW. Projects typically range up to $20M, and your role will involve liaising with the client and the project team to ensure that all projects are delivered to a high standard and on time. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard and on time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Relevant tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator 
  • Demonstrated stability and success in previous roles
  • Experience in commercial fit-outs and refurbishments projects
