This opportunity is for a highly ambitious Contract Administrator to join one of Australia's leading commercial fitout firms. This company operates on a national scale, with offices and projects across the country. They have a stellar reputation in the industry and are well known and respected for delivering high-end, large scale commercial fitout and refurbishment projects up to $10M. Due to their their strong and secured pipeline of exciting projects, this firm is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to help oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney division.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project team to deliver multiple projects across NSW, right from the design stages through to completion. These projects range up to $10M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. DUTIES.
- Handle all contractual variations or issues with diligence
- Maintain project documents and assets
- Monitor/track financial status
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecast financial goals
- Prepare the documentation required for the procurement of subcontractors including tenders, pricing and the scope of work tender
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
