As a Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. DUTIES.
- Progress claims, variations, RFI’s
- Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Review and negotiate subcontract terms
- Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Building related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essential
- Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industry
