ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is exceptionally well known for delivering high-end commercial fit out & new build projects across Australia. They have a strong pipeline of upcoming work across Sydney, valued from $5M to $20M. Due to their prosperous growth plans and ongoing portfolio of work, they are looking for an ambitious Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager to join their Sydney division and help deliver projects from start to finish.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager. Working collaboratively with the site, design, and project team, you will contribute to the delivery of multiple projects across NSW, right from design stages through to completion. You will liaise with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard. Great opportunity to gain exposure to bespoke commercial fit out and new build projects. This position is perfect for a Contract Administrator looking to progress up to Project Management and develop their career at a faster rate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  
  • Local experience working as a Contracts Administrator for a construction firm
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in Building/Construction Management or a related discipline is preferable
