ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Cost Manager, you will play a pivotal role by working on large scale projects across Health, Commercial, Education, Residential, Infrastructure sectors and performing quantity surveying duties. This will allow you to enhance your skill set and project portfolio. In this position, you will be given the golden opportunity to work closely and attain guidance from industry experts whilst working alongside qualified Cost Managers.

DUTIES.
- Budgets and benchmarks
- Prepare Pre-tender Estimates
- Manage Variations & Progress Claims
- Pre Contract and Post Contract work
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
