About the Role
As a Cost Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of projects from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project. You will be working alongside a team of qualified mentors. You will have the opportunity to work across various projects depending on your preference and experience

Responsibilities
- Manage Pre and Post Contract duties
- Traditional and Financier work
- Facilitate bank draw down reports
- Responsible for value engineering
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
