As a Development Assessment Officer, you will report to the Coordinator and be responsible for assessing and reporting on small to medium residential development applications.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Development Assessment Officer, you will report to the Coordinator and be responsible for assessing and reporting on small to medium residential development applications.
DUTIES.
- Coordinating Council reports to planning panels
- Site inspections
- Duty planning
- Liaising with all levels of internal and external customers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Understanding of NSW Planning Legislation/controls
