ABOUT THE COMPANY.
My Client is an established civil contracting company that has been in operation for over 15 years with projects that value up to $10M. With a strong clientele base with several high profile clients they're looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team and drive the success in obtaining projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
You will work closely with the Managers as well as the Director of the company where you have the duty of estimating on projects and successfully tendering and obtaining projects. There will be development and mentoring in order to obtain projects and for you to be a part of the overall growth and success of the company.
DUTIES.

DUTIES.
- Analysing BOQ's and documentation to estimate costs
- Regular site inspections
- Determining project feasibility before bidding for a project
- Negotiating the best price and quotes possible
- Working alongside a team for plan programming
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Bachelor of Construction Management
- Strong ability to submit tenders and win projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong subdivision and earthworks experience would advantageous
