Job description

They are seeking an experienced Foreman ready to steer complex projects and contribute to the ongoing success of their business. The successful candidate will join an adept team, taking charge of managing and directing all phases of civil construction projects.

  • Direct and manage subdivision, earthworks, and roadworks projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects comply with technical specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Perform regular site inspections and monitor project progress to anticipate potential issues.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and all project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review necessary project documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven experience in subdivisions, earthworks, and roadworks is ideal.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
